Looney City Council Won't Control This Landlord

The Port Angeles City Council is again trying to control private landlords of which I am one and will never "cooperate" with any Ordinance The Sociopaths try cramming down our throats.

I had said a thousand times, I have and will rent to any one and for as long as I want as I choose.

I also, hehehehe, do all of the screening myself and only rent to “real” Americans with real jobs and that can pay the rent and have never signed and will never sign a long term lease so I can kick out any and all liberal lunatics any time I choose that dooesn't meet my definition of a good American.

The Sociopaths want an Ordinance that would place a moratorium on new short-term rental housing in the city and provide a way to also enforce the moratorium on existing illegal short-term rentals specifically on short-term rentals that rent out the whole house or housing unit and are available for more than 30 days out of the year.

According the one of the main loons, whom is a first class liar and should be immediately removed from The WA ST Bar, “we have not done enough work to ensure that the new development is going to workforce housing, because we have no limits on the amount of square footage of housing we are willing to give up to short-term housing,”

Perhaps this lunatic, Schromen-Wawrin, should focus more on not hiring other Sociopaths to represent The City of Port Angeles and all of it’s criminals that reside at City Hall.

The Loons also want a short-term rental licensing system which would impose penalties for people who violate the moratorium and are currently violating the law by having short-term rentals in zones that do not allow them.

This is in response to Landlords whom are getting smart and buying homes to only rent home to short term tourists and to nurses whom, one would think, is a group The Psychotics would support.

The Sociopaths and Psychotics that claim to govern Port Angeles encourage low lives to move here to then claim they are dong their jobs, by making the rest of us pay The, Reparations.
