Constitutional and ECPA Violations

City Manager Nathan West engaged in a mini Watergate and lied when being Federally Interrogated by me, Scott T. Collins, regarding "Intercepting" International Electronic Communications" without a warrant.

I reported this to The F B I yet The Law Firm of Bondy Bongino and Patel have yet to indict. Not even a President or Governor can “Intercept” Communications" so to Spy on The Sender and a Legislative Body.
