Port Angeles Now Has Their Noses In Private Business

Due to the over spending by The Most Liberal Lunatic Council in Port Angeles History, Port Angeles will now come to the voters again to pay for the wish lists aimed at providing free houses, free drugs, free childcare and every other loony freebee imaginable.

The City of Port Angeles had planned for years to do this to their citizens and "the business fee plan" is still being constructed according to this new moron, Assistant City Manager Calvin Goings, whom is about as a deer in the headlights brain dead as any.

The “annual” licenses will be free for nonprofits or for businesses making less than $25,000 in gross revenue. Businesses making more than $25,000 will have to pay $190 a year.

The licenses could bring the city between $150,000 and $200,000 a year of which this Navarra Carr said, “the licenses are not being implemented just to bring the city revenue” (and that before this new scam), “only some businesses have had to pay for the services we were providing” but oh, according to Carr, “the fees” are “not to bring in new revenues.” Carr is obviously a liar.

The claim is that the new revenue is specifically for business purposes but funds could be moved around now to fund the drug addicts and free housing to the low lives they plan on increasing as the so called Mayor, this, Kate Dexter, just admitted, she, Dexter, had said we “will “fiddle with things as we go.”

Kate Dexter, by the way, was just soundly defeated at her attempt at becoming a County Commissioner.

Deer in the headlights brain dead Manager Goings says “there are no plans for enforcement of the license requirement,” (because it is unlawful) but “he fully believes all of the businesses in the city will in good faith participate in this requirement.”

Note to deer in the headlights Goings; I will be here every step of the way to show businesses how to avoid the fees.

I did this whenThe Council stuck their noses into other private businesses, I, screen prospective tenants, I, do not rent to the low income whom can’t afford my ‘very high rent,’ I, screen to see if the person on the initial call sounds like a 'real American' and I, can and will evict any one and at any time I damn well choose and I, also give instructions on how to avoid the STR rules.

The State only requires licenses for specific businesses and only after a specific income, if a business owner operates a “service oriented business, i.e. independent contractors, house cleaners, window washers, caregivers etc, that aren’t considered “retail,” they can also say they only work in the county and start taking only cash, of which is not unlawful, and even though there is an initial license on file at The State level, operators that can show, on paper, that they make less than a mandated amount, having a license “on file” at The Washington  State Dept of Revenue is moot and could have only been for the sole purposes of creating and having a trade name.

Go ahead, just try and get access to my “private papers, ”you will liable for a frivolous suit and violating WA ST Const Art 1 Sec 7 and The Fouth Amendment of which prohibits "Invasion of Privacy.”
