Port Angeles Kari Martinez-Bailey Reported To Police
The Port Angeles City Clerk was reported to The Police Department for Intercepting and Opening Private Communications and a connected Gross Misdemeanor.
This could be a violation of RCW 9.73.030 but it is City Hall, one big happy family of corruption, so The Port Angeles Police Dept, including Dep Chief Viada and Defendant Chief Smith, collude thus “may be Derelict in their Duties” and probably should also be charged.
Martinez-Bailey uses her position as City Clerk to Intercept emails sent to other staff members and even communications to The Police Dept. She has accomplished this without any due process including adoption or passage by The City Council nor any Court Order. The City Council are also complicit however and not wanting to make waves and are inmates running the asylum.
Emails to Individual Council Members, an elected and separate Body of Government, were also being Intercepted and Opened by Martinez-Bailey until the threat of and actual lawsuits containing substantial evidence of The Unlawful Intercepting of Emails, forced Direct Access to The Council.
Individual Members were complicit and actually lied about receiving emails directly until clear and convincing evidence proved otherwise, Member (and Attorney), Lindsey Carmin Warmer, included.
Further records requests may reveal if there is a Policy for requiring a mental evaluation for employment at The Port Angeles City Hall and if any employee is required to be on Medication.
Records also reveal that many employees such as this Jane Roberts, in The Legal Dept, and this Carla Jacobi and Olivia Hatton in The Police records Dept, willfully collude with Martinez-Bailey perhaps for fear of losing their jobs but also have extensive records with The Entire Court System.
Violations of RCW 9.73.030 was reported along with the allegations of Official Misconduct.
