The Washington State Senate Democrats pass Senate Bill 5974 that would expand eligibility requirements for sheriffs and give the Criminal Justice Training Commission (CJTC) authority over certification standards that could affect whether a sheriff may remain in office, all local county sheriffs however oppose the Senate bill that could allow a state commission to trigger the removal of sheriffs who lose certification without a voter recall and say the bill currently under consideration would lead to local control of law enforcement being centralized with the state.

The bill would extremely restrict law enforcement from doing their jobs, require candidates for office undergo background investigations and mandate polygraph test all of which is all political to hinder anyone that gets in the way of The Liberal Agenda of letting criminals run free in the name of The DEI Woke he/she/it/whatevers and keep Washington enforcement officers from working with immigration enforcement.

Local sheriffs have rightly refused to comply with some of the state laws by claiming they are unconstitutional and an effort to reign in law enforcement.

Welcome to Washington State folks, even the local City Hall have now ban traffic cams to, well, gee, can’t do anything that might catch a criminal now can we, that might be “racist” don’t you know, they are all just such sweet and innocent little brown people even those from Samalia, no they are not trying to scam and fleece those in Minnesota now are they, and even the local council wouldn’t care if even little old ladies get raped and murdered as long as they can mandate those with mother in law suites rent to illegal aliens.

Any one been to City Hall lately, every single door is now locked, there is not access to any employee but at the utility counter, perhaps they are still embarrassed after a contributor here kicked their asses regarding  The PRA RCW 42.56 case, so now what did that looney Chicken Little of a City Clerk go and do, lock of all the doors because they can’t change The Court Order or even their own Ordinances that clearly state that any requestor can deliver a request to any one at City Hall and even “written on a napkin” after she tried to ban any employee but her to have that authority. The Council has work to do if they plan on changing The PRA.
