Pamela Lindguist Supported Only By Her Mother

Clallam County Bar Association attorneys completing a survey of the three primary election judicial candidates and rated Peninsula Housing Authority attorney Dave Neupert as their first choice to fill the District Court 1 judge position being vacated by Rick Porter who had also thrown his support behind Neupert.

Suzanne Hayden wife of long time attorney John Hayden and juvenile law attorney for Clallam Public defender in juvenile court came in in second while Ms Pamela Lindquist, a lawyer who hasn’t practiced for years, was way back and distant third.

The top two in the vote tally will move on to the Nov. 6 general election.

Lindquist, Hayden and Neupert were graded in categories of judgment and objectivity, demeanor and temperament, and competence, experience and legal ability and in all three Neupert was first, Hayden second and Lindquist was dead last.

Neupert appears to embrace the new finding after not supporting the survey finding when he ran earlier for the Superior Court opening and lost to Brian Coughenour.

Poor sport Pammy Lindquist, instigator in neighborhood disruptions along with her mother and has been spending her days walking her dog, also finished third in a 2010 survey and did not advance to the 2010 general election then and failed to even have the courtesy this time to even return calls for a comment.
