Use Reconciliation To End Birthright

Many if not most newborn aliens are Medicaid Funded anyway so if Republicans had any nuts would use Reconciliation to end Birthright. Medicaid as ALL Govt Funding has rules and qualifies for Reconciliation.

Those birthing would then be Federally mandated to prove Citizenship or face Federal Fraud Prosecution. This policy that those with green cards or TPS etc are De Facto citizens should also cease to exist.
