Stench Throughout The Clallam County Courthouse

Guard present on that day, there was no event.

Collins was also exposing just some of the stench that emanates from the Clallam County Courthouse.

The young gal agreed, about the clerks and that her divorce has taken seven years, Collins had responded that it is so the County can remain flush in cash.

Collins was accused of being "disrespectful" to a window clerk during an interaction the next day when questioning the clerk about the contents in a records request of which two clerks were proven wrong and then when embarrassed, one alerted a private guard yet no evidence exists, no charges were ever filed against Collins nor did the guard witness the interaction as required and was long over before the guard had arrived.

Collins was unlawfully asked to leave the entire multipurpose Govt Building for simply using protected speech, a 5 Million Dollar Suit followed for multiple Constitutional violations et al.

Collins, was also never given a legal trespass notice nor even given a legal or coherent reason for being asked to leave, also required under the Fourteenth Amendment et al and by even the 9th Circuit.

Collins talking with a private security guard whom had come to confront Collins after the guard was alerted when an uneducated Administrative Clerk, not even part of the interaction with the window clerk, felt humiliated and embarrassed and plain mad when Collins was requesting, explaining and proving that the contents of a records request was not as the clerks had asserted thus wrong then went running around like Chicken Little with its' hair on fire to stop Collins from clearly protected speech and lawful petitioning.

When answering in the affirmative, if Collins "has business here," the guard then said, 'threatened,' the good Mr. Collins, "today, I think you have blown your chance," "and if you don’t leave," "I will call up the Deputies," "they are just downstairs and can be here in 30 seconds."

Collins complied and peaceably left.

The "Private" Guards had admitted they then blocked the building exit to prohibit Collins from returning, the "Private" guards" have no such authority nor was there any legitimate reason to do so.

Collins had long stepped back to allow the next in line and just standing there when the guard arrived and of whom did not witness any of the interaction nor any "actual" "disruption," all requirements by even the liberal 9th Circuit before asking a citizen to vacate a public, limited public or non public Govt Building.

Collins, was never charged, with anything, nor given a trespass notice nor was "real" law enforcement" ever notified nor did the guard provide 'any' coherent reason nor did the County nor act in any subsequent manner as also required by the Fourteenth Amendment's due process.

Collins then filed a 5 Million Dollar Suit for First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment violations et al.

Collins first filed a Tort Claim as required. This was met with a fabricated Report from a Sheriff's Deputy on May 8 2026. No Clerk however filed any contemporaneous complaint regarding Collins' alleged conduct.

You won't hear about any of this in any of the local media, if any is still operating, but whom think that gee, everything in Clallam County is just swell.

Everything was not swell however when the prosecutor was sued for harassment as where jail guards.

That Clallam County Courthouse is chalk full of stench, including the Sheriff's Department of whom its' Deputies write and inject false narratives this site can allege with confidence of not being sued because it has first hand and direct information. The conspiracy includes, and is, to protect its' uneducated clerks, Guards, and its' Security Service.
