Those Whining Created The Cost Of Housing

Those crying about the cost of housing are the ones causing the affordability crisis if in fact it is a crisis.

WA ST, particularly Clallam County and Port Angeles, are the most DEI, Woke areas with the most Lunatic Officials in The State not to mention the entire Country except for California and New York of course, two States with the most DEI Woke Loons evidenced by the fact they too have the most U HAUL rentals being left in other States.

The Port Angeles Council and County Commissioners and it’s He/She/It/Whatevers like Navarro Carr and the fat and happy so called Mayor Dexter have harmed their own supporters with their own policies that make the cost of living, especially housing, skyrocket.

The Local Loons passed a motion last year to charge ‘all’ vacant lot owners, even with no water meter, no electric meter, no sewer hook up, no sanitation service a “base rate.” Not talking about snowbirds whom just want to lower the costs while away enjoying a warmer winter climate whom understandably are charged a “base rate” because ‘they’ can’t just shut things off to save some money, but vacant lot owners.

The last this site heard and reported was that was put on hold now because it was too radical and loony not to mention unlawful. So then they went to charging contractors a fee to install sidewalks even if not for the project they may be working at, but some other areas in The City, DEI Woke areas

Just like all other fees, taxes and Lunatic DEI Woke agendas passed by The He/She/It/Whatevers and their DEI Woke He/She/It/Whatever supporters in the media that use the term “unhoused” in lieu of the correct term ‘lowlife homeless crack addicts,’ invited here because WA ST and Port Angeles is just soooo welcoming knowing that someone else has to pay when it is added onto the cost of housing.

As a property owner, the way also to avoid being restricted by State and Local Rent Controls, get all the money upfront with a very high rent to start with, then every year add the percentage allowed by law which is now up to two to three hundred dollars a year.

So what are you going to do about that, and me, Lunatics? hehehehehehehe.
